With more than 22 years of experience in a diverse field of broadcast TV and feature films,
he developed the creative skill set to bring entertaining content to life with impactful visuals and sound.
His accolades include: eight Emmy nominations & two Emmy wins in the categories of short-form editing and single videography, 3x Winner at The 48 Hour Film Project San Antonio, Winner Santikos Riffs & Reels Video showcase, 4x Winner of the San Antonio Neighborhood Film Project.
Like most non-fiction filmmakers, Alejandro wears many hats on his projects, often serving as cinematographer, editor and music director in addition to producing and directing. He achieved his apotheosis with Follow Me: Pilgrimage to the Holy Land (2013), a popular 8-hour travel documentary that was nominated for an Emmy and broke previous ratings records for Catholic Television of San Antonio.
Alejandro returned from Cuba in march and plans to end the year filming in Mexico.
Post-production continues on episodes 2 & 3 with the goal of releasing in the fall of 2020.
